Papouski joins the 30-hectare all-suite resort from Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa, where he served as resort experience manager and wellness ambassador. A Belarusian national, Papouski previously worked as project manager at Edutainment Events Co., operating across Hanoi, Danang and Nha Trang, where he designed edutainment events for children and supported marketing strategies. He has also served as entertainment supervisor at Swandor Hotels & Resorts in Cam Ranh, overseeing sports and entertainment programming and event operations.
Papouski holds a degree in Economist of Marketing from Belarus State Economic University.
In his new role at Alma Resort Cam Ranh, Papouski is responsible for the resort’s full sports and recreation portfolio, including entertainment facilities, wellness initiatives, children’s programs and signature guest experiences. His focus includes increasing guest engagement, diversifying recreational offerings and supporting operational excellence across leisure services.
“Yury brings a strong blend of creativity and guest-experience insight to our recreation program,” said Herbert Laubichler-Pichler, managing director of Alma Resort Cam Ranh. “We are pleased to welcome him to our leadership team.”
