With more than three decades of international hospitality experience, Duboscq brings extensive expertise in managing luxury resorts across Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean, including leadership roles with global hospitality brands such as Starwood and Shangri-La.

Hospitality Veteran with Global Luxury Resort Experience
A native of France, Duboscq began his hospitality career with leading international brands including Starwood before joining Shangri-La, where he spent more than 14 years in senior leadership roles.
Before joining Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas, he served as General Manager of Shangri-La Colombo in Sri Lanka. His career has also included managing luxury hospitality operations in Oman, Singapore, Indonesia, the Maldives and New Caledonia.
Throughout his career, Duboscq has focused on building strong service cultures, developing hospitality teams and delivering personalised guest experiences.
