Anders Dimblad has been appointed General Manager of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Returning to lead both iconic properties, Anders brings back the visionary leader who originally guided their openings and helped establish their market positions.

With more than 25 years of international luxury hotel experience, Anders offers deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of both properties. He has also spent more than two decades with Banyan Group since joining the company in 2003.


A Proven Luxury Hospitality Leader Returns

Throughout his career, Anders has managed luxury hotels and multi-property portfolios across Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean.

Before returning to Kuala Lumpur, he served as Director, Hotel Openings & Operations – Southeast Asia. In this role, he supported operational excellence and strategic growth across the region.

His extensive experience includes hotel openings, operational development and leadership across diverse international markets.


Leading the Next Chapter for Two Landmark Hotels

Anders’ return brings a familiar and experienced leadership presence to both properties.

As General Manager, he will lead teams across Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Together, they will focus on strengthening business performance, expanding luxury offerings and maintaining Banyan Group’s commitment to exceptional service.

In addition, Anders will continue to uphold the brand values and elevated hospitality standards that define both hotels.

With his return, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur are set to build on their strong foundations while entering the next stage of growth.
