Siem Reap’s 43-room boutique hotel deepens its commitment to Cambodian art, culture, and craftsmanship with a fresh expansion and curated retail-dining concept.
Blending subtle luxury with a distinct avian-inspired aesthetic, The Aviary Hotel continues to redefine Siem Reap’s boutique hospitality scene. Since its opening in 2015, the hotel has championed authentic Khmer artistry through custom furniture, locally crafted artwork, and design collaborations with Cambodia’s most celebrated artisans.
The latest chapter in its evolution introduces 18 new Sambok Deluxe Plus Rooms—thoughtfully curated living spaces adorned with handcrafted furniture, couture-inspired details, and contemporary comforts—alongside a stunning 20-metre rooftop pool overlooking the Cambodian sky.

Adding to the hotel’s cultural footprint is The Aviary Square, a vibrant dining and retail hub featuring Fumizen from Japan, The Flock Café, couture by Eric Raisina, fashion by Sirivan Chak Dumas, sustainable creations by Smateria, and statement evening wear from Romyda Keth’s Ambre.

General Manager Joffrey Thin-Gris sums it up best: “We’ve always strived to outdo ourselves year after year. With each addition, we aim to celebrate Cambodia’s artistry while offering our guests fresh, inspiring experiences.”
