Bangkok’s skyline welcomes a new icon of refined living with the arrival of the world’s first Upper House branded residences. In a landmark partnership, City Dynamic, a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, and Swire Hotels unveil Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House, extending the celebrated hospitality brand’s understated sophistication into residential life.
Located on the prestigious Wireless Road, the two freehold towers command sweeping views of Lumphini and Benjakitti Parks and sit moments from the city’s finest shopping, embassies, and luxury landmarks. Construction begins in April 2025, with completion expected by 2030.
The development pairs visionary architecture by Foster + Partners through F&P (Thailand) Ltd. with tranquil landscape design by PLandscape. Interiors by BAR Studio for Upper House Residences Bangkok—a 52-storey tower with 156 units, blend warmth and calm with hospitality-inspired comfort, complemented by holistic wellness programmes curated by GOCO. The Wireless Residences by Upper House, a 71-storey tower with 239 units by PIA Interior, celebrates local artistry and functional elegance, enhanced by signature services managed by Upper House.
