Bar Camillo, a new cocktail bar developed by Lorenzo Antinori and Justin Shun Wah, co-founders of Bar Leone, will open at Rosewood Hong Kong on 25 November 2026.
The opening brings the team behind Bar Leone to the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. Bar Leone secured the World’s Best Bar title for the second consecutive year in 2026. Meanwhile, Rosewood Hong Kong became the first hotel to receive The World’s Best Hotel title twice.
Rosewood Hong Kong will introduce the new venue. It also adds to Hong Kong’s cocktail scene, where four bars have been ranked among the world’s top 50: Bar Leone, Argo, Montana and Gokan.
Italian-Inspired Design and Seasonal Menus
Bar Camillo takes inspiration from the Italian salotto, a traditional living room designed for social gatherings. Its interiors combine mid-century influences with glossy wood, mirrored walls and a colour palette of green, gold and cream.
The venue will feature an intimate bar and terrace, alongside a long banquette designed for socialising and people-watching. Its concept centres on informal hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere.
The bar will introduce four menus each year. Each will draw on a particular season and year, incorporating references to Italian music, art and culture.
A Personalised Negroni Experience
One of Bar Camillo’s signature offerings will be a personalised Negroni. Guests can select their preferred spirit, garnish and flavour profile. Bartenders will prepare the drink tableside using a bespoke trolley.
The concept combines personalised cocktail preparation with the informal hosting approach associated with the Italian salotto. It also brings the creative team behind Bar Leone into a new setting at Rosewood Hong Kong.
Bar Camillo Opening Details
Bar Camillo is scheduled to open on 25 November 2026 at Rosewood Hong Kong, overlooking Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui.
