Fairfield by Marriott has unveiled an upgraded design concept across its hotels in China, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering localized experiences tailored to the evolving needs of Chinese travelers.

The refreshed concept focuses on three key areas—The Fairfield Living Room, The Fairfield Restaurant, and Guest Rooms—each redesigned to balance functionality, comfort, and modern aesthetics. Public spaces now highlight natural wood tones and textures, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

The Fairfield Living Room has been reimagined as a multifunctional space for work, meetings, and casual gatherings, featuring a fireplace, curated artwork, private meeting rooms, and a market offering business essentials and local snacks.

The Fairfield Restaurant introduces an open-kitchen layout with improved flow during peak hours and the flexibility to expand into The Living Room for additional seating.

Guest rooms have been redesigned with natural-textured walls, ergonomic chairs, adjustable desks, and enhanced bathrooms to provide privacy and efficiency for business and leisure travelers alike.

This design upgrade is part of Fairfield by Marriott’s strategy to strengthen its position in China’s growing select service segment by aligning with local preferences while maintaining the brand’s international standards. It also supports Marriott International’s broader expansion plans for Fairfield, as the brand continues to grow its presence across key destinations in the country.
