Four Seasons Atlanta’s Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot Welcome Chef Christophe Truchet as Chef de Cuisine
Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta have appointed Chef Christophe Truchet as Chef de Cuisine, overseeing the culinary direction and daily kitchen operations for both dining concepts.
A native of France, Truchet brings a foundation in classical French cuisine shaped by early experiences cooking with his mother and working alongside his father on the family farm. This early exposure fostered a respect for ingredients, seasonality, and craftsmanship that continues to inform his approach in the kitchen.
Truchet earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Lycée François Rabelais in Lyon and spent more than a decade refining his technique in respected kitchens across France. His career includes experience at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Bristol Paris, La Villa Archange, La Chèvre d’Or, and L’Amaryllis.
He later held leadership roles in luxury hospitality internationally, including at Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai and One&Only The Palm Dubai, where he worked alongside Chef Yannick Alléno. In the United States, Truchet spent nearly six years with Hilton and Waldorf Astoria properties in California and Georgia, followed by additional culinary leadership roles in Atlanta, including within the city’s corporate dining sector.
In his role at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Truchet leads day-to-day culinary operations across Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot, guiding menu execution, consistency, and team development while reinforcing the restaurants’ shared French brasserie foundation. His leadership style emphasizes hands-on mentorship, operational precision, and a guest-centric approach aligned with Four Seasons standards.
Truchet joins an established culinary leadership team that includes Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, whose bread and pastry program remains a defining element of the Brasserie Margot dining experience.
“Chef Christophe brings a confident, grounded leadership style to the kitchen,” said Nancy Chacon, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. “He understands that memorable dining experiences begin with thoughtful details, respect for fundamentals, and the freshest ingredients. Guests will experience his influence in every dish through care, consistency, and quiet creativity.”
