Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre has appointed Daphne Ng as General Manager, marking a new chapter for the city’s premier urban luxury hotel.

Daphne joins Four Seasons with nearly two decades of leadership across Asia, having held senior roles in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macao, and contributed to projects in Beijing, Maldives, Hangzhou at West Lake, and Tianjin. Most recently as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, she led the property to multiple accolades, including Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ratings, Michelin-starred dining recognition, and Spa China awards from 2022–2025.

Known for her expertise in launching flagship properties, Daphne played key roles in openings including Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, Four Seasons Place Macao, and the Grand Suites at Macao. Her leadership philosophy centers on authentic action, team collaboration, and meaningful guest experiences, reflecting the Four Seasons Golden Rule: treat others as you would like to be treated.
