Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has appointed Charles Fisher as General Manager, marking a new chapter for one of Asia’s most prestigious luxury hotels. With more than two decades of leadership across the Four Seasons portfolio, Fisher brings deep operational expertise, global perspective, and a proven track record of driving high-performing teams.

Born into a globe-trotting family and raised across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Fisher’s international upbringing shaped a hospitality career rooted in adaptability and cultural fluency. He joined Four Seasons immediately after graduating from Oxford Brookes University, beginning at the front desk at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

His career has since spanned some of the world’s most iconic destinations, including New York, Nevis, Singapore, Chiang Mai, Lanai, Orlando, and Tokyo. Most recently, Fisher served as General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, where he led the hotel’s strategic positioning and guest experience. He previously held the role of General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, guiding a full transformation of the property.

Known for his people-first leadership style, Fisher believes that strong cultures drive exceptional guest experiences. “Every challenge has a solution. My role is to listen, learn, and help teams bring their best selves to work,” he says.

In Hong Kong, Fisher now leads a flagship hotel featuring 399 rooms and suites, an eight-Michelin-star dining collection, and one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars. “Hong Kong is one of the world’s most dynamic cities — a gateway to Asia where global influence meets local energy,” he says. “I’m excited to be part of its next chapter.”

Outside the hotel, Fisher enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and exploring Hong Kong’s green spaces and hiking trails.
