The House of Harry Winston, the legendary jewelry and timepiece brand known as the “King of Diamonds,” will present its magnificent “Rare Jewels of the World” High Jewelry and Timepiece Exhibition in Shanghai, China.

Open to the public from September 7 to 13, 2026, the exhibition will showcase the House’s legendary diamonds, one-of-a-kind high jewelry creations, archival treasures, and exceptional timepieces. More than 165 iconic high jewelry and timepiece creations will come together for the first time, celebrating Mr. Harry Winston’s visionary influence, pioneering design philosophy, and the House’s enduring commitment to extraordinary craftsmanship.

A Journey Through Harry Winston’s Nearly Century-Long Legacy

Visitors will explore 10 carefully curated galleries, beginning with Mr. Harry Winston’s early career and concluding with the House’s contemporary masterpieces. Each gallery offers an immersive experience that reveals a defining chapter in Harry Winston’s remarkable history.

Rare archival images and video footage will introduce guests to the life and achievements of Mr. Harry Winston. The journey begins in the Heritage Tunnel, where visitors can discover the story behind the legendary jeweler’s rise to prominence.

Meanwhile, the Vintage Gallery will present landmark creations from the House’s archives. A dedicated section will also highlight Harry Winston’s longstanding connection with China, as 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of the House’s first exhibition at the Palace Museum in Beijing’s Forbidden City.

Additional galleries will explore Harry Winston’s signature design language, including the evolution of the iconic Winston Cluster, the House’s exceptional craftsmanship, and its celebrated diamond jewels created for life’s most meaningful occasions.

From New York Inspiration to One-of-a-Kind Masterpieces

Harry Winston’s enduring relationship with New York will come to life through an interactive experience inspired by Central Park, leading visitors toward two spectacular high jewelry galleries.

These final spaces will showcase an extraordinary selection of one-of-a-kind masterpieces, reflecting the House’s deep appreciation for nature, architecture, and the city that shaped Mr. Harry Winston’s creative vision.

Throughout the exhibition, guests will discover how the House continues to transform rare gemstones into timeless works of art through exceptional design and meticulous craftsmanship.

The Winston Pink Legacy Diamond Takes Center Stage

At the heart of the exhibition is the legendary Winston Pink Legacy Diamond, one of the world’s most remarkable colored diamonds.

The extraordinary 18.96-carat fancy vivid pink diamond carries a special connection to Harry Winston, as its carat weight reflects the year Mr. Harry Winston was born. Its exceptional size, rarity, and vivid pink color make it one of the most celebrated diamonds in the world.

For the first time, the House will bring this extraordinary gemstone to Shanghai, offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience one of its most treasured creations.

Another highlight is the Rockefeller-Winston Emerald, an impressive 18.03-carat emerald originally associated with the renowned Rockefeller family. After being transformed by Harry Winston artisans, the gemstone was set into a distinctive Winston-style ring featuring elegant diamond accents.

Celebrating the Artistry and Craftsmanship of Harry Winston

Representing the ultimate expression of rarity, beauty, and craftsmanship, the “Rare Jewels of the World” exhibition celebrates the exacting standards that have defined the House of Harry Winston for more than 90 years.

From legendary diamonds and historic jewels to contemporary creations, the exhibition reflects the House’s unwavering pursuit of perfection and its enduring role in shaping the world of high jewelry.
