New property PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi strengthens PPHG’s long-stay portfolio amid Vietnam’s booming tourism and business growth

Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) continues its strategic expansion in Southeast Asia with the launch of PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi, marking the Group’s third property in Vietnam. This opening reflects PPHG’s ongoing commitment to the region, following recent launches including PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta, Pan Pacific Jakarta, and Gurney Bay Hotel, Penang. Over the next two years, PPHG plans eight new properties across Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, bringing its Southeast Asia portfolio to 23 properties.

Vietnam’s strong economic momentum underpins the launch. With GDP growth of 7.09% in 2024 and tourism rebounding to 17.6 million international visitors, demand for flexible, long-stay accommodations is rising sharply. “Vietnam, with its dynamic economy, growing international connectivity, and strong demand for extended-stay options, offers immense potential,” said Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group. “PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi adds a premium long-stay offering to our portfolio, complementing our flagship Pan Pacific Hanoi, and catering to a wider range of travellers.”

PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi delivers a residential-style experience with 126 suites featuring fully equipped kitchenettes, modern amenities, and panoramic views of West Lake. The property caters to long-stay business travellers, relocating executives, and families seeking comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, fitness centre, children’s pool, versatile meeting spaces, and two dining venues—Cilantro bistro and Garden Café.

PPHG leverages its expertise in long-stay hospitality to integrate smart technology, social spaces, and sustainable practices across its PARKROYAL Serviced Suites portfolio. “Our Version 2.0 strategy anticipates how travellers’ lifestyles are evolving. At PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi, we have designed flexible spaces, smart-enabled rooms, and services that make long stays seamless,” added Mr. Choe.

With the Asia Pacific serviced apartment market projected to grow at 14.4% CAGR through 2030, PPHG continues to set benchmarks in long-stay hospitality, combining convenience, lifestyle, and sustainability for today’s global travellers.
