Marriott International, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company have announced a global beverage partnership that will expand Coca-Cola products across Marriott hotels worldwide. The rollout begins immediately and will extend across guestrooms, restaurants, lounges, and meetings and events over the coming months.

The agreement broadens beverage choice across Marriott’s global portfolio, spanning carbonated soft drinks as well as hydration, juice, dairy, and functional beverage categories.

Strategic Global Rollout Across Hotels and Guest Touchpoints

Under the new agreement, Coca-Cola becomes Marriott’s global beverage partner across multiple categories, with phased implementation beginning today.

Guests staying at Marriott properties will increasingly find Coca-Cola brands integrated into:

  • Guestrooms minibars and in-room offerings
  • Hotel restaurants and dining venues
  • Executive lounges
  • Meetings, conferences, and events spaces

The rollout is designed to scale globally across Marriott’s portfolio in the coming months, aligning beverage offerings more closely with guest expectations across regions.

Guest Experience and Brand Alignment at the Core

Marriott emphasized that the partnership is designed to improve consistency while expanding guest choice.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Marriott International, Inc. Anthony Capuano said the agreement is intended to enhance guest experience while supporting hotel owners and franchise operators through a unified global supplier framework.

From the Coca-Cola side, Chief Executive Officer Henrique Braun highlighted the expanded beverage spectrum available to travelers, including sparkling drinks, juices, hydration, and dairy-based options.

The collaboration reflects a shared focus on delivering recognizable global brands across the travel journey, particularly in high-frequency touchpoints such as hotels and events.

Procurement Scale Through Hot Shoppe Services International

The agreement was developed in collaboration with Hot Shoppe Services International, Marriott’s global procurement organization. It leverages centralized sourcing scale and supplier networks to streamline beverage supply across thousands of properties worldwide.

This structure is expected to improve operational efficiency for franchise and managed hotels while maintaining consistent brand delivery across markets.

The partnership reflects a broader trend in hospitality: consolidation of global supplier relationships to improve consistency and guest familiarity across regions.

For major hotel groups, beverage partnerships are increasingly strategic, influencing:

  • Guest satisfaction and brand recognition
  • Operational efficiency across franchises
  • Food & beverage revenue optimization
  • Supply chain consistency across markets

With Coca-Cola’s global distribution network and Marriott’s expansive hotel portfolio, the agreement strengthens alignment between two of the world’s most recognized consumer brands.
