
Marriott International has announced new regional presidents for the Americas and EMEA, appointing long-serving executives Satya Anand, Neal Jones and Federico “Fede” Greppi as part of a leadership realignment aimed at strengthening growth, owner alignment and operational consistency across key global markets.
Satya Anand Appointed President, U.S., Canada & CALA at Marriott International

Marriott International has appointed Satya Anand as President, U.S., Canada & Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), effective March 28, 2026.
A 37-year Marriott veteran, Anand began his career in 1988 as a Night Auditor at the Vienna Marriott Hotel. He has since held senior leadership roles across operations, finance and design, including Cluster General Manager for Renaissance Hotels in Vienna, Area Vice President for Western & Central Europe, Chief Financial Officer for Europe, and Chief Operations Officer for Luxury & Southern Europe and Global Design EMEA.
Since 2020, Anand has served as President, EMEA, leading digital transformation, advancing sustainability initiatives and delivering significant growth. During his tenure, Marriott expanded its EMEA portfolio to more than 1,300 properties, achieving record development, strengthening owner relationships and enhancing guest experiences across the region.
In his new role, Anand will oversee the U.S., Canada and CALA under a unified structure designed to increase alignment and collaboration across the hemisphere. Known for his strategic vision and people-first leadership style, he will be based at Marriott’s global headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, following his relocation to the United States.
Originally from India, Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from MES College of Commerce, Bangalore, and a diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management from the Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management in Austria.
Neal Jones Named President, EMEA at Marriott International

Marriott International has named Neal Jones as President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), effective March 28, 2026.
Jones brings nearly 30 years of Marriott experience, with leadership spanning sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, EMEA, where he led the region’s commercial strategy, strengthened brand positioning and deepened Marriott’s presence in key markets.
In his current role, Jones oversees performance across Europe and Africa and played a central role in the integration of Design Hotels into Marriott’s portfolio, further enhancing the company’s luxury and lifestyle offering.
As President, EMEA, Jones will lead operations across nearly 80 countries and territories, overseeing more than 1,300 properties across 30 brands. His appointment supports Marriott’s continued expansion in the region, with a focus on accelerating innovation, reinforcing owner partnerships and sustaining long-term growth.
Jones is based in the United Kingdom and is a graduate of Hotelschool The Hague in the Netherlands.
Federico “Fede” Greppi Appointed President, CALA at Marriott International

Marriott International has appointed Federico “Fede” Greppi as President, Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), effective March 28, 2026.
A trilingual leader with more than 22 years of hospitality experience, including 13 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Greppi brings deep operational and financial expertise and a strong track record of driving performance across diverse markets.
Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, CALA, Greppi focused on translating Marriott’s global strategy into locally relevant execution. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Franchise Operations and Owner Relations, CALA, he played a key role in expanding Marriott’s regional footprint to over 500 properties across 37 markets.
A native of Argentina, Greppi’s strong regional knowledge, long-standing owner relationships and strategic leadership position him to guide CALA through its next phase of growth and expansion.
Greppi holds an MBA from London Business School and will continue to be based in South Florida, at Marriott’s CALA offices.
