The appointment follows Park Hyatt Dubai’s success at the World Travel Awards 2025, where the resort was named World’s Leading Corporate Resort and Middle East’s Leading Corporate Resort, underscoring its reputation for excellence across both leisure and corporate travel.
Demiroz brings more than 30 years of luxury hospitality experience, having held senior leadership roles with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes in Bodrum, overseeing a large-scale resort with luxury residences, villas, and extensive food and beverage operations.
His previous Four Seasons career spanned key global destinations including St. Petersburg, the Maldives, Jakarta, Riyadh, Doha, Istanbul, Berlin, and Newport Beach, where he was recognised for building high-performing teams and delivering world-class guest experiences.
Fluent in English, German, and Turkish, Demiroz is known for his strategic leadership and operational expertise. His appointment marks the next chapter for Park Hyatt Dubai as it continues to elevate its position as one of the region’s leading luxury resorts.
