Prohibition Cocktail Menu – A Taste of the 1920s

The Prohibition Cocktail Menu is inspired by the Prohibition era in the U.S. during the 1920s and 1930s, when alcohol was banned. Despite the law, people secretly made and enjoyed drinks in hidden bars called speakeasies — and that rebellious, fun spirit is what the Ritz Bar & Lounge has captured in their cocktails.

Each drink pays tribute to that bold, mysterious time, with unique flavors created using homemade-style techniques.

And yes, the cocktail lounge took a cue from the Mafia too. Known for their power, style, and swagger as reflected in the design of the cocktail menu, which looks like a tailored suit.

Prohibition never tasted this good. Take a sip… if you dare.
