Pullman Hotels reveals a dynamic new brand vision, immersive experiences, and global xChange events, inspiring creativity, connection, and cultural exchange
Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s Premium portfolio, has unveiled a bold global transformation designed to energize travelers, innovators, and creators alike. The announcement coincides with the launch of Pullman xChange, a new international event series fostering creative dialogue and fresh perspectives.
Exchange at the Heart of the Experience
Since 1859, Pullman has redefined travel and connection. Today, its hotels are dynamic social stages, reflecting the rhythm of modern life.
Pullman Portal: A Signature Gateway
Inspired by the brand’s railway heritage, the Pullman Portal marks a bold entrance into spaces designed for interaction. Already debuting at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, upcoming installations at Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton will expand the signature globally.
Spaces Built for Possibility
Meeting and event spaces are now highly flexible, transitioning effortlessly from keynotes to workshops or cultural showcases, celebrating Pullman’s belief that innovation thrives in adaptable environments.
Culinary & Social Innovation
Bars and restaurants are central to the Pullman experience, with menus emphasizing shareability, spontaneity, and global flavors.
Unexpected Pairings: Playful Mixology
Launching in 2026, Unexpected Pairings invites guests to explore creative food and cocktail combinations via a deck of cards, blending culinary curiosity with social connection.
Heartist-Led, Human-Centric Service
Pullman’s Heartist program trains team members in empathy, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence. With 60% of over 20,000 Heartists already trained, the program ensures every guest interaction is insightful, intuitive, and warm.
Pullman xChange: Creativity in Action
The inaugural Pullman xChange (13–14 November 2025, Dubai Downtown) turned the hotel into a forum for innovation. In collaboration with the House of Beautiful Business, the event featured immersive workshops, artistic performances, and thought leadership talks from pioneers like Abdulaziz AlJaziri, neuroscientist Hannah Critchlow, cyberpsychologist Elaine Kasket, and architect Adib Dada.
Future editions will travel to Europe, Asia, and South America, each co-created with local cultural collectives, blending dialogue, art, and sensory experiences.
Momentum & Growth
“Pullman’s transformation fuses heritage with a renewed purpose,” says Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, Premium, Accor. “Each hotel is a place of exchange, where ideas and people move freely, fostering creativity and connection.”
With 150+ hotels in 40+ countries and over 70 projects underway, Pullman targets 200+ hotels in five years. Upcoming openings like Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort (Guadeloupe), Pullman Kolašin Breza (Montenegro), and Pullman Tokyo Ginza demonstrate a commitment to transformative design, creative exchange, and revitalized spaces.
