Radisson Hotel Group announces the return of Career Fest 2025, its most ambitious global career event to date — a month-long hybrid festival designed to inspire, upskill, and connect the next generation of hospitality talent. Running throughout October 2025, the initiative brings together over 75,000 team members and aspiring professionals across 105+ countries, reinforcing the group’s position as an employer of choice in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.
Building on the success of previous editions, Career Fest 2025 introduces a unified, expanded format that combines both internal and external activations. The festival underscores Radisson’s commitment to investing in people, championing diversity, and shaping future-ready talent through meaningful development opportunities.
The programme features an inclusive lineup of global, regional, and local sessions — from inspiring career stories and “level-up” leadership talks to hotel tours, workshops, and one-on-one Q&A sessions with general managers. Participants will gain practical insights into crafting standout CVs, mastering interviews, and building fast, fulfilling career paths within hospitality.
All activities align under three strategic pillars:
