Raffles Hotel Le Royal introduced Mindy’s, a limited-time speakeasy pop-up in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, running from May 7 to 31, 2026. The concept drew on the atmosphere of 1920s–1940s New York, combining vintage-inspired décor, cocktails and live jazz.
Located behind an unmarked door inside the hotel, Mindy’s offered a discreet setting inspired by the speakeasies of the Prohibition era. Dim lighting and vintage décor helped establish the atmosphere, while live jazz added to the evening experience.
The concept also included cocktails, subtle gaming elements and a cigar lounge, extending the offering beyond a conventional hotel bar.
A New Speakeasy Concept at Raffles Hotel Le Royal
Mindy’s operated from Thursday to Sunday, between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m., during its limited run from May 7 to 31, 2026.
The pop-up added a themed nightlife option to the hotel’s food-and-beverage offering, drawing on the appeal of historic speakeasies and classic New York style.
