Raffles Hotels & Resorts is delighted to present the second chapter of its celebrated The Butler Did It campaign, this time set against the majestic backdrop of London. The campaign sees the inimitable Butler, played once again by renowned model Tim Easton, orchestrating unforgettable moments for guests including Henry Golding, Oli Green, Jacquetta Wheeler, Stephanie Grainger, and Amalie Gassman at Raffles London at The OWO—one of the brand’s most distinguished new openings.
Under the creative vision of Trey Laird, with photography by Dylan Don and styling by Robert Rabensteiner, the campaign fuses Raffles’ hallmark theatricality with a fashion-forward sensibility. From private afternoon tea in The Drawing Room, to bespoke bedtime stories and royal wake-up calls courtesy of the King’s Piper, each scene showcases the Butler’s seamless, almost magical service. The campaign launches globally across print, digital video, display, and paid social channels.
