Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Kenny Toy as Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global.

Based at the Group’s corporate office in Hong Kong, Kenny will report to Anthony Ingham, Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, he will lead the Group’s global commercial strategy across sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships and e-commerce.

Kenny will also lead global teams focused on revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction across all channels. In addition, he will champion commercial excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

His leadership will support the development of a unified, high-performing commercial engine across Rosewood Hotel Group. The strategy aims to strengthen brand desirability, deepen customer engagement and deliver sustainable growth across the Group’s global portfolio.


Kenny Toy Brings More Than 20 Years of Commercial Experience

Kenny brings more than two decades of experience in commercial, marketing and digital transformation strategy.

His career spans leading global consulting and marketing organizations. He is also a seasoned advisor on data-driven marketing and e-commerce.

Throughout his career, Kenny has led multi-market programs that integrate CRM, digital platforms and customer insights. These initiatives have helped unlock new demand and build customer loyalty.


Kenny Toy’s Previous Role at Accenture Song

Most recently, Kenny served as Managing Director of Accenture Song in Hong Kong SAR and Digital Strategy Lead for China.

In these roles, he led business growth and client transformation initiatives across the region. His work covered multiple industries and focused on helping clients navigate commercial and digital transformation.

Kenny’s appointment adds extensive commercial, marketing and digital expertise to Rosewood Hotel Group as the Group continues to strengthen its global commercial strategy.
