St. Regis Bar Macao and Guerlain Collaboration
Guerlain, the legendary Parisian House of high perfumery and cosmetics, joins forces with The St. Regis Bar Macao to offer guests an extraordinary sensory journey this season. From October 16 to November 15, 2025, the collaboration unveils an exclusive afternoon tea inspired by Guerlain’s L’Art & La Matière fragrance collection — where scent artistry meets culinary craftsmanship.

Each course of the bespoke afternoon tea draws from the spirit of Guerlain’s most evocative fragrances — from the luminous freshness of Neroli Outrenoir to the warm sophistication of Spiritueuse Double Vanille. Guests are invited to explore the parallels between top, heart, and base notes through a curated ensemble of sweet and savoury delicacies, each unfolding like a fragrance on the palate.
The experience extends beyond the table. Head Mixologist Kevin Lai complements the culinary offering with a series of handcrafted cocktails, each designed to mirror and harmonize with the fragrance profiles, creating a seamless dialogue between taste and scent.
For a deeper immersion, Guerlain Fragrance Masterclasses will be held on October 18, November 1, and November 15, led by Guerlain’s fragrance expert. These sessions will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the iconic Shalimar and feature an interactive tasting that pairs each delicacy with its olfactory inspiration. Attendance is by reservation only.
