For this collaboration, the hotel draws inspiration from the dazzling PIAGET Cocktail Ring collection, which itself reflects the glamorous social moments of the Piaget Society. Seven cocktail rings serve as creative anchors for a limited-edition selection of cocktails and afternoon tea creations.
Together, the drinks and dishes translate the rings’ colors, textures and playful spirit into a multidimensional sensory experience.
Each PIAGET Cocktail ring is paired with a distinctive liquid interpretation. Sparkling Yuzu delivers a bright citrus burst, while Violet on the Rocks introduces cool, layered notes. Lychee Twist offers delicate fruitiness, and Frosted Azur evokes an oceanic depth.

For dessert, the Almond Cake with Apricot Jelly and Coconut Mousse takes inspiration from the rounded form of a cabochon. Orange-yellow gelée adds the impression of accent stones.
The Cream Cheese Mousse with Rose Compote and Berries continues the jewelry theme. Its rounded form recalls a ring setting, while rose purée and berries create the impression of a cluster of colorful gems.
