The design of St. Regis Bejing’s Summer Afternoon Tea is inspired by oil painting, turning traditional afternoon tea into a work of art that can be appreciated. Each dessert is like dancing colors on the canvas. The hotel’s pastry chefs use fresh fruits such as blueberries, sweet oranges, and mangoes as “paints” to create works that combine artistic beauty and layered flavors.
Afternoon tea food includes smoked salmon mini sandwiches; crispy fried crab cakes with vanilla lemon mayonnaise; mango pineapple tart; sweet orange jasmine mousse; pistachio chocolate hazelnut.
Summer Afternoon Tea is complemented by two beverages: the Morning Canvas, a refreshing blend of cold-brew jasmine tea, orange juice, elderflower syrup, and mint; and the Sunset Glow, a lovely concoction of pomegranate and orange juice that reflects the tender hues of twilight.
北京瑞吉绘夏成诗下午茶的设计灵感源自油画创作，将传统下午茶打造成一件可以品鉴的艺术作品，每款甜点如画布上舞动的色彩。酒店饼房厨师们以蓝莓、甜橙、芒果等鲜果为“颜料”，创作出兼具艺术美感与层次风味的作品。
下午茶食品包括烟熏三文鱼迷你三明治；脆炸蟹肉饼配香草柠檬蛋黄酱；芒果菠萝塔；甜橙茉莉慕斯；开心果巧克力榛子。
下午茶搭配了两款特调饮品：晨光画布以冷泡茉莉花茶为基底，融入橙汁、接骨木花糖浆和薄荷；落日余晖则用红石榴和橙汁的柔美交融，映照黄昏的温柔色调。
