Stelliers Greater China 2025 honours 24 outstanding hotel professionals at a grand awards ceremony held at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

Stelliers, one of Asia’s leading hotelier award platforms, has officially unveiled the Stelliers Greater China 2025 Hoteliers of the Year, recognising the individuals who define excellence, leadership, and passion across the hospitality industry.

The winners were announcedduring a prestigious black-tie ceremony held at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau on 12 December 2025, bringing together more than 300 hospitality leaders, executives, and partners from across Greater China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Now in its 12th edition, the Stelliers Awards continue their mission to elevate hotel professionals at every level — ensuring their dedication, creativity, and leadership are seen, valued, and celebrated.

Honouring the Heart of Hospitality

Unlike traditional hotel awards that focus on properties, Stelliers places people at the centre. From front-line team members and behind-the-scenes specialists to senior executives and owners, the awards spotlight the individuals who turn hotels into homes away from home.

The 2025 Hoteliers of the Year represent a diverse group of professionals whose passion continues to shape the future of hospitality across Greater China — from rising stars and unsung heroes to seasoned industry leaders.

*“This evening was a celebration of people who pour their hearts into what they do. Many of the professionals we met started in the most junior roles and worked their way forward through sheer dedication.

If tonight helped them feel seen and valued — even for a moment — that is what we are honoured to be a part of.”*
