The Luxury Collection, part of Marriott International’s portfolio of over 30 extraordinary brands, announces the debut of The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, the first of its kind in Singapore. Nestled within Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), the all-suite sanctuary blends tropical charm, colonial elegance, and contemporary design with a deep sense of place.
Designed by award-winning firm P49 Deesign, The Laurus spans over 7,650 square meters and houses 183 suites, each curated with refined interiors and artisanal touches—from Singapore-inspired tea blends and bespoke local chocolates to design elements that celebrate the island’s heritage and biodiversity. Art, culture, and storytelling are interwoven throughout the property: the majestic Buffy Fish Owl anchors the resort’s identity, while works from the William Farquhar Collection and contemporary Singaporean artists add depth and local authenticity.
Guests are welcomed with refined rituals, from Maison21G’s bespoke fragrance inspired by Sentosa’s coast to Asian-inspired delicacies that honor the city’s culinary tapestry. Signature dining at Laurus Table, a landscaped pool, indulgent spa, and a sensory garden celebrating native flora further elevate the experience, positioning The Laurus as both a retreat and a destination in its own right.
Equally significant is the resort’s commitment to sustainability.
