Discover TIA Wellness Resort’s new Ocean Bistro menu in Da Nang — a mindful blend of plant-based and ocean-fresh cuisine crafted for balance and wellbeing
At TIA Wellness Resort Da Nang, food is more than flavour—it’s part of a holistic approach to wellbeing. The newly launched Ocean Bistro all-day dining menu redefines resort dining with dishes that are nutritious, flavourful, and grounded in the resort’s philosophy of “Eat Light, Feel Bright.”
The revamped menu, unveiled this month, introduces a comprehensive overhaul with 80% new dishes, balancing plant-based innovation and fresh ocean-caught seafood.
Mindful Choices, Delicious Balance
Each dish is accompanied by a wellness rating—a scale of 1 to 10 indicating how light or indulgent it is—empowering guests to make conscious dining decisions. Most dishes score below five, aligning with TIA’s focus on nourishment without restriction.
Lighter options include:
- Probiotic Power Bowl – a gut-friendly blend of tempeh, brown rice, beets, cauliflower, rocket, pickled capsicum, cabbage, walnuts, and cucumber pickles.
- Banh Mi Chay – a vegan twist on the Vietnamese classic, made with mushroom pâté and sautéed shiitakes.
“We believe that wellness is about balance and not about being restrictive,” said Ramon Imper, General Manager of TIA Wellness Resort. “That’s why we’ve created options that are wholesome yet still indulgent.”

Global Flavours Meet Local Traditions
The Ocean Bistro menu bridges Vietnamese culinary heritage and global favourites. Western-style additions include artisan burgers such as the Prawn Charcoal Burger and Pulled ‘Pork’ Mushroom Burger, alongside pasta selections and fresh seafood dishes.
Local favourites shine in the Soulful Noodles section, where guests can choose between classic or plant-based versions of iconic Vietnamese dishes like Cao Lau.
“All our soulful noodle dishes are available in plant-based options,” added Ramon. “We wanted guests on a vegan diet to fully experience the authentic flavours of Vietnam.”

Shared Plates and Sweet Finishes
For social dining, Wholesome Bites and Seafood Nibbles introduce tapas-style options such as calamari, scallops, and other ocean-fresh selections. The Elemental Grill showcases premium ingredients including lobster and squid.
Dessert lovers can enjoy refined, naturally sweetened treats such as:
- Coconut Sundae with coconut nice cream and tropical fruits
- Salted Peanut Butter Bar, rich yet sugar-free
Menu prices range from VND 95,000 to VND 890,000, with the average dinner for two at around VND 1,400,000. Guests can also explore new set menus and daily ocean-inspired specials.
