From September 22 to October 7, VistaJet Members flying from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Singapore can enjoy artisanal mooncakes paired with cocktails and mocktails inspired by each city.
Highlights include:
- Hong Kong: “Torii,” a lychee- and shochu-based take on the Negroni.
- Shanghai: “沪 Memory,” blending osmanthus gin and yellow rice wine.
- Beijing: “Palace Turret,” a jasmine, peach, gin and champagne mix, plus a non-alcoholic “Kirin” tropical fruit mocktail.
- Singapore: “Reclaimed Sling,” a twist on the classic Sling, and “Gao Lak,” a chestnut-inspired mocktail.
Beyond cocktails, Members can access VistaJet’s Wine in the Sky program, with expertly curated wines paired to in-flight gastronomy. Families may also join private mixology workshops at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Singapore, learning cocktail and mocktail recipes together.
