A new, hands-on learning experience debuts at WTM London 2025, helping tourism professionals navigate the fast-evolving Chinese outbound travel market
CBISN has announced the launch of the China Ready Masterclass, taking place on 5 November 2025 during WTM London. The session marks a first for WTM — a specialized, solution-driven workshop created in collaboration with CBISN to deliver deeper, more practical learning for global travel and tourism professionals.
Unlike conventional panel discussions or keynote presentations, WTM Masterclasses are designed as interactive, small-group sessions that focus on real-world applications. Participants can expect a hands-on format, exchanging insights and tackling specific market challenges alongside peers and experts.
The China Ready Masterclass will unpack the latest developments in the Chinese outbound travel market, including evolving traveler behaviors, destination and accommodation choices, luxury and retail dynamics, and the increasing role of social media and AI in influencing travel decisions. The session will conclude with a China Readiness Scorecard assessment and an interactive Q&A.
CBISN’s China Ready® training has been delivered in 54 countries across six continents, reaching more than 4,600 industry leaders since 2002. Covering over a quarter of global destinations, it remains one of the world’s most recognized benchmarks for Chinese tourism readiness.
The masterclass will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 at the ICC Maritime Suites, ExCeL London. Attendance is limited and advance registration is required by 21 October 2025. Participants completing the session will receive a China Outbound Travel Market Insights 2025 report, a three-month market update subscription, and a certificate of completion.
