Andaz Gold Coast exterior and resort design in Broadbeach
Andaz Gold Coast is now accepting reservations ahead of its anticipated late 2026 opening in Broadbeach

Andaz Gold Coast is now accepting reservations ahead of its anticipated opening in late 2026. The opening will mark the debut of the Andaz brand in Australia and the Pacific.

Located at 16 Casino Drive in Broadbeach, the hotel will bring Andaz’s design-led and locally rooted approach to one of Australia’s most celebrated coastal destinations.

The hotel will sit among Broadbeach’s resorts, restaurants, entertainment venues, nightlife and shopping. Guests will also be moments from the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Designed for worldly travellers seeking an authentic connection with their surroundings, Andaz Gold Coast will feature 202 contemporary guestrooms and suites. The hotel will also offer immersive culinary and social spaces, locally inspired programming and elevated wellness experiences.

At the centre of the property will be an expansive pool deck. It is designed as a vibrant destination that transitions from day to night.

A Design Story Inspired by the Sun

The design of Andaz Gold Coast draws inspiration from sunlight moving across the coastline. The concept follows the energy of a Pacific sunrise through to the rich tones of twilight over the hinterland.

Australian architecture firm DBI Architects conceived the hotel’s architecture. Award-winning design firm Hachem created the interiors.

Together, the teams bring the concept to life through warm tones, shifting light, expressive materials and lush green references to the surrounding hinterland.

As a result, the hotel’s spaces will evolve throughout the day, reflecting the changing light and atmosphere of the Gold Coast.

Dining and Social Spaces

Dining at Andaz Gold Coast will follow the rhythm of the day. Guests can move from relaxed breakfasts and shared lunches to sunset cocktails, evening dining and poolside drinks.

Nove Restaurant and Bar will reinterpret Mediterranean hospitality through a modern Australian lens. The restaurant will celebrate the region’s vibrant culinary traditions while showcasing local produce.

Fire-led cooking and shared dining will sit at the heart of the experience.

Meanwhile, Vista Lounge will serve as the hotel’s social heart. The space will transition naturally from day to night.

For golden-hour cocktails and elevated bites, guests can head to the intimate Verde Bar.

Outside, the expansive Andaz Pool Club will combine sun-soaked lounging with private cabanas, refreshing cocktails and dining.

Contemporary Guestrooms and Suites

Andaz Gold Coast will feature 202 guestrooms and suites. Floor-to-ceiling windows, expressive interiors and premium in-room amenities will create a relaxed, residential feel.

Select rooms will include private outdoor spaces. Suites will offer generous living and entertaining areas, deep soaking bathtubs and dual vanities.

The hotel’s signature Andaz Residence Suite will take the experience further. It will feature an expansive entertainer’s terrace and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas.

The layout will suit longer stays as well as private gatherings.

Wellness, Culture and Local Discovery

Guests will have access to a fully equipped Matrix Fitness fitness centre. The hotel will also offer locally connected experiences that introduce guests to the Gold Coast beyond the property.

Andaz hosts will act as neighbourhood insiders. They will introduce guests to the people, places and stories shaping contemporary Gold Coast culture.

These experiences will span the destination’s creative and culinary communities, as well as its beaches, rainforests and hinterland landscapes.
