A Milestone Year, a New Luxury Statement

Caesars Palace is marking six decades on the Las Vegas Strip with the launch of two all-new Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower. Designed by Peter Silling & Associates, the new suites blend European-inspired artistry with modern residential luxury and are now open for public bookings.

The debut forms part of a broader, multi-year investment strategy aimed at elevating Caesars Palace’s position at the top end of the Las Vegas luxury market.

Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, said the launch reflects a clear strategic focus:

“As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”

Colosseum Presidential Villas: Contemporary Grandeur

A Modern Interpretation of a Palace

The Colosseum Presidential Villas present a bold, architectural approach to luxury that balances heritage with contemporary clarity. Named after the world leaders, dignitaries and celebrities who have historically stayed in these accommodations, the villas are designed for privacy, scale and discretion.

Key features include:

  • Two villas spanning 8,060 and 8,370 square feet, with the option to connect
  • Combined indoor-outdoor space exceeding 19,000 square feet
  • 1,700-square-foot rooftop terraces overlooking the Las Vegas skyline
  • Dedicated butler service and bespoke amenities

Design highlights:

  • Private elevator arrival via a grand, Roman garden–inspired vestibule
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic Strip views
  • Custom chandeliers crafted from metal, glass and crystal
  • Double-sided glass fireplace connecting living and entertainment spaces
  • Formal dining room with a 10-seat Calacatta Oro marble table
  • Entertainment lounge with feature bar and marble billiards table
  • Primary bedroom suites with spa-inspired bathrooms and bespoke furnishings

An additional 1,350-square-foot grand primary bedroom, positioned between the two villas, features curved glass walls and a marble-clad bathroom finished in Calacatta and Nero Marquina.

Octavius Sky Villas: A New Standard for Modern Luxury

Designed for Today’s High-End Traveller

Located on the 68th and 69th floors of the Octavius Tower, the 29 new Sky Villas introduce a contemporary, design-forward aesthetic aimed at a new generation of luxury guests.

The villas feature clean architectural lines, soaring ceilings and a refined material palette that combines:

  • Marble and metal
  • Velvet and leather
  • Crystal and stone

Curated art installations, sculptural lighting and expansive views reinforce a sense of openness and exclusivity, while residential details—such as feature TV walls and ribbed glass bathroom panels—enhance both form and function.

Why It Matters

Luxury on the Strip is evolving

Las Vegas is increasingly competing with global resort destinations for high-net-worth travellers. New, residential-style villas reflect shifting guest expectations toward privacy, space and design-led experiences.

A long-term reinvestment strategy

The villa launches follow recent AAA Five Diamond designations for THE VILLAS at Caesars Palace and Restaurant Guy Savoy, reinforcing a consistent premium positioning across accommodations, dining and wellness.

Scale matters in legacy resorts

Rather than relying on heritage alone, Caesars Palace is using its 60th anniversary to modernise at scale—demonstrating how legacy resorts can remain relevant in a fast-evolving luxury market.

A Resort-Wide Transformation Underway

The new villas follow several major upgrades at Caesars Palace in recent years, including:

  • A redesigned main entrance and crystal-cloaked casino dome
  • Flavian Sky Suites
  • Aureus Lounge and Palace Court Slots (high-limit gaming)
  • Celebrity Food Hall
  • Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar
  • Renovated Qua Baths & Spa and fitness centre

What’s Coming Next

Caesars Palace has confirmed a pipeline of additional enhancements:

  • OMNIA Dayclub – A 46,000-square-foot dayclub by Tao Group Hospitality, with two pools and top global DJs (pool season 2026)
  • Augustus Tower – Nearly 1,000 suites fully redesigned by Peter Silling & Associates (2026)
  • VIP Check-in Lounge – A new arrival experience for top-tier hospitality and gaming guests (2026)
  • Julius Tower – Renovation of more than 500 rooms (2027)
  • Palace Tower – Renovation of nearly 1,200 rooms (2027)
