According to an announcement published by Fosun International Limited, ClubMed Lifestyle Group, a subsidiary of Fosun International, has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The proposed separate listing would take place on the Main Board. The joint sponsors are BNP Paribas, HSBC and J.P. Morgan, in alphabetical order.
According to the listing application materials, ClubMed Lifestyle Group operates premium all-inclusive resorts with Club Med as its core brand.
The Group is also expanding its vacation offerings through Integrated Vacation Destinations and Cultural-Tourism Complexes. It uses an asset-light model as it builds a more diversified range of vacation lifestyles.
Club Med Leads the Global All-Inclusive Market
Club Med is the core brand of ClubMed Lifestyle Group.
According to the listing application materials, Club Med was the world’s largest all-inclusive resort brand by revenue in 2025. It ranked first in both Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific.
By the number of resorts in 2025, Club Med was also the world’s largest mountain and ski resort brand.
Today, Club Med has a global sales network spanning six continents and more than 40 countries and regions. The brand operates 69 premium resorts worldwide.
Its destinations range from mountain and ski locations to sun-and-beach resorts. Club Med is also the only resort brand with a presence in all four of the world’s major ski destinations.
Revenue Reaches EUR1.95 Billion
ClubMed Lifestyle Group has also recorded continued financial growth.
According to the listing application materials, revenue increased from EUR1.86 billion in 2023 to EUR1.95 billion in 2025. Gross profit rose from EUR540 million to EUR590 million over the same period.
Adjusted EBITDA reached EUR390 million in 2025. Meanwhile, the adjusted EBITDA margin increased to 20.2%.
Club Med completed the premiumization of its entire portfolio in 2024. Since then, its premium product portfolio has continued to deliver pricing benefits.
In 2026, Club Med was named to TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential Companies in the world. It was the only hotel and resort brand included on the list that year.
Expanding Beyond the Traditional Resort Model
ClubMed Lifestyle Group is using Club Med’s brand influence and global operating capabilities to expand its vacation offerings.
The Group expects the global vacation lifestyle market to grow from USD2.5 trillion in 2025 to USD3.5 trillion in 2030.
At the same time, the industry is moving towards more integrated vacation offerings. Consumer preferences are shifting from sightseeing towards leisure travel.
Spending power and expenditure on experiential consumption are also increasing. Meanwhile, technologies such as AI and digitalisation are creating a wider range of integrated vacation products and services.
ClubMed Lifestyle Group aims to build on these trends through its “Lifestyle Vacation” and “Everyday Vacation” concepts.
76 Years of Club Med Heritage
ClubMed Lifestyle Group draws on a 76-year brand heritage, a premium all-inclusive resort model and its distinctive G.O. culture.
G.O. stands for Gentils Organisateurs, or “Gracious Organisers”.
Together, these elements help the Group deliver immersive vacation experiences. The model focuses on active participation and emotional connection.
Club Med Targets 85 Resorts by 2030
According to the listing application materials, ClubMed Lifestyle Group plans to accelerate its expansion into premium tourism destinations around the world.
Target markets include the Alps, southern Mediterranean, North Africa, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, the Caribbean and South America.
The Group will also explore emerging markets such as the Middle East.
By 2030, ClubMed Lifestyle Group expects to operate approximately 85 resorts worldwide.
Hong Kong Listing to Support Global Expansion
If the proposed listing is completed, ClubMed Lifestyle Group plans to use the proceeds primarily to expand its global resort network.
The funds will also support upgrades to its vacation offerings and strengthen its digital and AI capabilities.
The remaining proceeds are expected to help optimise the Group’s capital structure and support its day-to-day business operations.
Xu Xiaoliang, Chairman of ClubMed Lifestyle Group, said:
“The submission of the listing application in Hong Kong marks an important milestone for Fosun’s tourism business as it moves towards value creation. Going forward, we will take Club Med as our core brand to accelerate the development of the global high-quality resorts. We aim to make happy holidays a lifestyle that transcends borders, and to realise our vision that ‘Better Vacation, Better Life’.”
