Conrad Hong Kong has appointed Conor Hadlington as General Manager, effective 28 September 2026.

Hadlington brings nearly 18 years of experience in global luxury hospitality to the role. He will lead Conrad Hong Kong, a 513-room hotel at Pacific Place in Admiralty.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Hadlington has held hospitality roles across Asia, the United States and the Middle East. His career includes experience with Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental and Shangri-La.


Conor Hadlington’s Hospitality Career

Hadlington began his career in Food & Beverage operations. That experience has continued to influence his approach to hotel management as he moved into broader commercial and property leadership roles.

Over the course of his career, he has worked across revenue performance, team development and guest experience in luxury hotel markets.

His international experience spans several regions, while his work in Asia has given him exposure to the regional hospitality market.


Hadlington to Oversee Conrad Hong Kong Operations

In his new role, Hadlington will oversee operations, commercial strategy and brand execution at Conrad Hong Kong.

He will also focus on guest loyalty and operational performance as the hotel moves into its next phase.

Conrad Hong Kong is located at Pacific Place in Admiralty and has 513 rooms. Hadlington will be responsible for the hotel’s overall operations and commercial direction.
