Bookings are now open for NoMad Singapore, which is scheduled to open in late 2026 as the NoMad brand’s first hotel in Asia Pacific.
Located on Orchard Road, the 173-room hotel is being developed in partnership with UOL Group. The project reimagines the former Faber House building at the Cairnhill intersection.
Designed by Singapore architecture firm WOHA, with interiors by Los Angeles-based Kevin Klein Design, the hotel will occupy a 10,225-square-metre footprint.
The property will include 25 suites and a range of dining, cocktail and wellness-related spaces. It will also feature an art collection of more than 1,860 works, with 90% of the pieces created by Singapore-based artists.
NoMad Singapore Brings Local Design to Orchard Road
NoMad Singapore combines elements of the brand’s New York origins and European design influences with references to Singapore’s Art Deco architecture and Peranakan heritage.
The former Faber House will be transformed into a 14-storey hotel featuring a cascading waterfall and vertical greenery across its façade.
The arrival experience will begin on the fifth level. Guests will enter an open-air reception area with Lù bar extending onto a terrace and pool.
The space will include greenery and soft furnishings, with views towards Orchard Road.
Above the arrival level, the hotel’s 173 rooms and suites will occupy 12 floors. Interiors will feature marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and paravent screens.
Pale blue and green walls will reference regional interior design traditions and the Peranakan shophouses near Emerald Hill.
173 Rooms Include 25 Suites
The accommodation will include 71 Atelier rooms, each measuring 32 square metres and featuring a living area with a bathtub.
The hotel will also have 25 suites. These include 42-square-metre Parlour Suites and 43-square-metre NoMad Suites.
Both suite categories will include living spaces, bathtubs and double-sink bathrooms.

NoMad Grill and Tropicana Club Lead Dining Line-Up
NoMad Grill will occupy the top of the building.
The restaurant will feature ornamental columns and a high tin-coffered ceiling, drawing on the design of classic New York dining rooms.
The menu will centre on dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire. It will also include a raw bar, seafood, seasonal produce and NoMad favourites.
Next to the restaurant, The Tropicana Club will operate as a craft cocktail bar. Its design takes inspiration from cabaret and Havana during the 1940s and 1950s.
The concept draws from Havana’s Tropicana Club, established in 1939, as well as Singapore’s own Tropicana Club, which opened in 1968.
At street level, Sticky Fingers will offer house-made gourmet soft-serve sundaes.
The new concept is described as combining nostalgic references with a more adult-oriented approach to the dessert format.
Singapore Artists Featured Across the Hotel
More than 1,860 artworks will be displayed throughout NoMad Singapore.
According to the project, 90% of the collection will consist of works by Singapore-based artists. The programme includes commissioned and original pieces across several mediums, including oil on copper, acrylic photography and large-scale bas-relief installations.
The collection will include contemporary street photography, floral compositions, original exhibition posters and historical ephemera.
The hotel said the programme will explore connections between Singapore’s past and present, while linking the building’s exterior with its interiors.
NoMad Singapore is also working with ART, a non-profit organisation that advocates greater access to the arts for persons with disabilities.
As part of the partnership, the hotel will commission and support artists with disabilities. The programme builds on UOL’s longstanding support of ART and is intended to create opportunities for artists to develop their work and reach new audiences.
NoMad Singapore Reservations Now Open
“Singapore demonstrates a distinctive capacity for synthesis, whereby global influences are interpreted, integrated, and adapted until something entirely original emerges – locally grounded and unique to its setting. Building on its signature culturally influenced approach to luxury hospitality, NoMad’s first hotel in Asia brings diverse elements into thoughtful dialogue: natural and urban environments, heritage and modernity, and the colloquial and cosmopolitan. As reservations go live for NoMad Singapore, we are incredibly excited to introduce the brand to new guests, and welcome back those that have come to know us well,” said Kristen Millar, chief brand officer, NoMad.
NoMad Singapore will join the brand’s London property, which opened in 2021.
The Singapore opening will also add another property to Hilton’s global luxury portfolio and expand its presence in the luxury lifestyle segment.
