Hard Rock International Promotes Morgan Lexis to SVP of Global Sales, Expands MICE Strategy Worldwide
Morgan Lexis

Hard Rock International has promoted Morgan Lexis to Senior Vice President of Global Sales, a move that strengthens the company’s global meetings and travel industry strategy while supporting expansion across key markets.

In her new role, Lexis will oversee global sales operations for 35 Hard Rock properties. Her responsibilities include leading marketing efforts across meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), as well as travel industry sales (TIS). She will also guide sales strategy and team development for upcoming openings, including the highly anticipated Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

Lexis reports directly to Chief Operating Officer Jeff Hook, who highlighted her track record within the company and the broader Las Vegas hospitality market.

“Morgan’s promotion reflects her strong contributions and deep understanding of our global portfolio,” Hook said. “Her leadership in sales operations and experience in Las Vegas position her to drive the next phase of our global sales strategy.”

What Morgan Lexis’ Promotion Means for Hard Rock’s Global MICE Strategy

Based in Las Vegas, Lexis brings more than 20 years of hospitality sales experience and holds a Certified Meeting Professional designation. She joined Hard Rock four years ago and most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, where she led efforts to position the property across MICE and travel trade segments.

Before joining Hard Rock, Lexis held senior sales leadership roles at major Las Vegas resorts, including The Mirage Hotel & Casino, Luxor Hotel & Casino, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and Bellagio Resort & Casino. Her experience spans convention sales, catering, luxury experiences, and large-scale event strategy.

“I’m honored to take on this expanded role at a time of strong global momentum for the brand,” Lexis said. “Hard Rock’s distinct approach to meetings and events creates opportunities to connect with global audiences while driving growth across our properties.”

The appointment comes as Hard Rock continues to scale its global footprint and invest in high-impact destinations, with Las Vegas remaining a central pillar in its development pipeline.
