The property occupies the uppermost floors of the SCC Tower, a 300.8-meter-tall skyscraper designed by world-renowned architect Adrian Smith, who also designed the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

However, being in Nanshan means you may need to travel farther if your plans involve older central districts like Luohu or Futian or even Bao’an near airport.
