Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree has appointed Marlene Fang as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Singapore, Bali and the Maldives, reinforcing its commercial leadership bench as the resort continues to scale its presence in the region’s increasingly competitive hospitality landscape.

In her expanded role, Fang will oversee sales and marketing operations across Singapore, Bali, and the Maldives, with a focus on strengthening cross-market collaboration, refining commercial strategy, and building high-performing teams. A key priority will be enhancing the resort’s position in the MICE and high-value leisure travel segments, while deepening engagement with both regional and international demand markets.
“As Singapore’s only rainforest resort, we are uniquely positioned at the intersection of nature and hospitality,” said Shereen Chow, Hotel Manager of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.
