The AYANA Villa at AYANA Villas Bali has been named Bali’s Leading Luxury Hotel Villa 2026 at the World Travel Awards. The award was announced at the Asia, Oceania & Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony in the Maldives on 27 September 2026.
AYANA Villas Bali is one of four hotels within AYANA Bali, described by the company as the island’s largest integrated resort. The recognition comes alongside a second accolade for the property. DAVA Steak & Seafood, the villas’ signature restaurant, has been included in Tripadvisor’s 2026 Travelers’ Choice Awards: Best of the Best Restaurants & Food, placing it among the top 25 fine dining restaurants worldwide.
Villa Layout and Interiors
Framed by gardens and opening onto Indian Ocean views, The AYANA Villa is a 3,000-square-meter three-bedroom estate. It sleeps six guests across two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom, with up to three extra beds available on request.
A private entrance leads into the villa. Spacious living areas face the ocean, while the bathrooms feature amenities by ESPA. Interiors incorporate Balinese design elements, including wooden sculptures and large canvases. In the main living pavilion, a white-and-gold relief rises across a double-height wall above a pair of hand-carved timber mirrors. Folding glass doors open the room onto the pool deck and the ocean beyond. In the bar area, a long table made from solid wood is available for drinks and shared meals.
Each bedroom is individually styled. The twin bedroom has four-poster beds in carved timber with sheer white canopies. One king bedroom includes a headboard inlaid with a gilded moon and a reading nook with a timber window seat under a woven pendant lamp. Deep-red runners with geometric patterns appear across white linen, matching gold-leaf carving on furniture and mirrors. The main bathroom centres on a round, carved-stone bathtub set against a walled tropical garden.
Outdoor Spaces and Guest Services
Outside, a private pool is edged by a timber deck with sun loungers. A traditional thatched bale holds a wide daybed facing the sea, and the lawn extends toward the cliff edge beneath flowering trees.
Guests receive VIP check-in and a 24-hour butler service. They also have priority access to Rock Bar, located on the rocks above the Indian Ocean, and use of the River Pool, reserved exclusively for villa guests. The lawn and terraces can accommodate up to 150 seated guests for weddings and private events.
DAVA Steak & Seafood Recognition
Within AYANA Villas Bali, DAVA continues the villa experience. Its inclusion among Tripadvisor’s Best of the Best is based on traveller reviews over a 12-month period. According to Tripadvisor, fewer than 1% of the platform’s 8 million listings achieve this title.
The restaurant’s Argentine-inspired grill menu features premium Australian Wagyu and USDA-certified beef cooked over an open fire in the South American style, alongside line-caught seafood. The dining room pairs ivory marble with deep red velvet booths under soft, low lighting. After dark, torch-lit terrace tables overlook the River Pool, with views of the coastline across Jimbaran Bay.
In the mornings, DAVA serves as an exclusive à la carte breakfast venue for AYANA Villas guests. Combined with priority access to Rock Bar, this allows villa guests to move from sunset drinks to dinner and breakfast the following morning within the grounds of AYANA Bali.
