Tan brings more than three decades of international hospitality experience spanning Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the United States, with expertise in commercial strategy, brand positioning, and building high-performing teams across diverse markets.
Extensive Global Hospitality Leadership Experience
Before joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts in January 2026, Tan served as Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she led integrated commercial and marketing functions across multiple disciplines including branding, loyalty, sales, revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Jin Jiang International and The Ascott Limited, where she played key roles in strengthening commercial platforms and advancing brand development initiatives across international markets.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Tan will oversee the group’s global commercial platform, including:
