YOTEL will make its Thailand debut in October with the opening of YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, a 250-key hotel within the Cloud 11 development in Bangkok’s South Sukhumvit district.
The hotel will welcome its first guests on 15 October 2026. It will become YOTEL’s 24th hotel globally and its fourth property in Asia. It will also be the first YOTEL hotel in Asia to join Select by Hilton.
The hotel will feature YOTEL’s signature self-service check-in stations, which the company says allow guests to complete check-in in under a minute. Rooms will include the brand’s reclining SmartBed™, along with other technology-focused features.
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit opens at Cloud 11
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit is the first hotel to open at Cloud 11, a mixed-use development that officially opened in July 2026.
Located in Bangkok’s South Sukhumvit district, Cloud 11 combines content production and music recording studios, galleries, event venues, a cinema, wellness facilities, offices and retail space.
The development also has year-round programming focused on creative activities and collaboration.
According to the project, Cloud 11 is backed by an investment of more than THB 20 billion. The development has been designed around Thailand’s creative economy, with areas covering food, fashion, film, music, dance, art, sports and wellness, gaming, content creation, festivals and an urban park.
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit will sit within this development, offering accommodation for visitors staying at Cloud 11 as well as business and leisure travellers visiting Bangkok.
Rooms overlook Cloud 11 and Bang Krachao
The hotel’s rooms will either overlook the rooftop park at the centre of Cloud 11 or face Bang Krachao, the area often referred to as Bangkok’s “green lung.”
Rooms on higher floors will also have views towards Bangkok’s skyline.
Accommodation options include YOTEL’s Premium Queen rooms, as well as twin and interconnecting rooms. Larger First Class King rooms will feature either a sofa or sofa bed and are designed to accommodate groups and families.
All rooms will have WiFi, SmartTVs, wireless charging and mini coolers.
Other features include mood lighting, reclining SmartBeds™, monsoon showers and bathroom amenities by Urban Jungle.
Guest service robots will be available to deliver bottled water, fresh towels and other amenities to rooms. The reception desk will operate 24 hours a day, with staff also providing local recommendations.

YOTEL Swim Club and Komyuniti
Hotel facilities will include YOTEL Swim Club, with an outdoor swimming pool and pool bar.
The gym will operate around the clock and feature a range of workout equipment.
Meanwhile, Komyuniti will combine all-day dining and co-working space in a social area directly connected to Cloud 11.
The venue will serve Thai and international dishes from breakfast through dinner. It will also have two meeting rooms, while guests and local visitors can use the space for co-working or have drinks.
For guests looking for food and drinks on the move, Grab + Go will operate 24 hours a day.
Fatty’s rooftop restaurant to open in November
The hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar, Fatty’s, is scheduled to open in November 2026.
Located on the 23rd floor, the venue will serve food and drinks while offering views across Cloud 11 and Bangkok.
Further details about Fatty’s are expected to be announced ahead of its opening.
Skywalk connects hotel to BTS network
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit will be connected to Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network by a 300-metre skywalk.
The hotel said Thong Lor will be four BTS stops away, while the Asok intersection on Sukhumvit Road will be six stops away.
For visitors attending events and exhibitions, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) is 2.3 kilometres from the hotel.
The property will also have direct transportation connections to Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport.
YOTEL joins Select by Hilton
Founded in London in 2007, YOTEL signed an exclusive agreement with Hilton in March 2026.
The agreement made YOTEL the first brand to join the newly established Select by Hilton collection.
Under the arrangement, YOTEL retains its independence and brand management. Participating properties will, however, connect to the Hilton Honors loyalty programme and gain access to Hilton’s distribution and technology platforms.
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit will therefore combine the YOTEL brand with its first Select by Hilton positioning in Asia when it opens on 15 October 2026.
