Pullman Hotels & Resorts has appointed David Stanley De Brito as General Manager of Pullman Ninh Binh, the first internationally branded hotel in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The property is scheduled to open on 1 May 2026.

Pullman Ninh Binh names General Manager before May 2026 launch

David brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience to the role, with a strong track record in hotel openings, operational leadership, and commercial performance across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

A long-standing member of the Accor network, he has led multiple large-scale projects and pre-openings, with particular expertise in positioning hotels in emerging destinations.

Before joining Pullman Ninh Binh, David served as Area General Manager, Japan for Accor, where he oversaw operations across a portfolio of hotels including Grand Mercure Ise Shima.

Earlier in his career, he held General Manager roles across several Accor properties, including Pullman Vung Tau, where he strengthened the hotel’s market positioning and delivered strong commercial performance. Over the course of his career, he has also overseen more than 15 hotel openings, further reinforcing his experience in launching properties in new and developing destinations.

In his new role, David will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of Pullman Ninh Binh, with a focus on positioning the hotel as a leading address for both business and leisure travellers in northern Vietnam. He will also play a key role in building a high-performing team and delivering the Pullman brand’s vision of creating dynamic spaces for exchange, connection, and contemporary lifestyles.

David holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Singapore Business School, along with professional qualifications from Cornell University. His international career has given him a global perspective combined with strong knowledge of the Vietnamese hospitality market.

Pullman Ninh Binh is scheduled to officially open on 1 May 2026, marking a significant milestone as the destination’s first internationally branded hotel.
