While running some errands around Shanghai People’s Square yesterday, I had my lunch at Copper Bistro which is located within the hotel lobby of Conrad Shanghai.
This delightful Parisian-inspired restaurant offers an array of sophisticated à la carte menus, including savory appetizers, impressive main dishes, and sweet desserts.
The charming décor inside is complemented by a bustling bakery counter. Outside, you’ll find a bright patio with covered seating.
The moment I laid eyes on the menu, I was attracted to the legendary Beef Burger with Black Truffle and Foie Gras.
And then the plate arrived, it was such a mouthwatering delight.
The beef patty, crafted from Kobe-style Wagyu, glistened with succulence.
Beneath the glossy bun lays the truffle infusion, a generous smear of black truffle butter.
And then the foie gras. A velvety slice, seared to perfection. Its richness melted into the Wagyu.
