Extensive International Luxury Hospitality Experience

Wouters brings more than two decades of international hospitality experience across Europe, Asia, and Oceania, with a strong track record in hotel pre-openings, brand development, and the positioning of ultra-luxury properties.

His career includes senior leadership roles across leading hotels in Shanghai, as well as his involvement in launching The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, widely recognised as one of Beijing’s premier luxury hospitality addresses.

Earlier in his career, Wouters held roles with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, along with experience at Huka Lodge, where he developed a strong foundation in ultra-luxury hospitality and service culture.

Known for his calm and grounded leadership style, Wouters places strong emphasis on team culture, guest experience, and creating a genuine sense of place within each property he leads.
