The Hari Hong Kong is bringing a shuckin’ good time to Lockhart Road with “Oyster Tuesday”, a weekly dining experience featuring fresh, seasonal oysters paired with warm sake, whisky, bubbles, and more. Hosted at the hotel’s contemporary Japanese restaurant Zoku every Tuesday from 6–9pm, the experience starts at HK$988 for two guests, with HK$488 per additional person.

Guests enjoy 90 minutes of free-flow oysters served with lime and ponzu, alongside dishes such as golden fried oysters, avocado and panca chili “makimono” sushi, and “kake udon” noodles with oysters, smoked herring caviar, mushroom dashi, and shimeji mushrooms. Kushiyaki skewers—including Japanese taro with Saikyo miso, Kyushu chicken thigh, and Atlantic salmon with asparagus—are complemented by a dessert of hojicha crème brûlée with coconut sorbet.

Beverage pairings include warm sake (Gassan Houjun Karakuchi or Yamagata Masamune Junmai), whisky and cigar combos, and free-flow drink packages ranging from mocktails to champagne and cocktails. Signature cocktails include Chakai, Hatsukoi, and Suzie Wong, while non-alcoholic options feature creative mocktails like Toohanbi, Breeze, and Yuzu Square.

Sustainability is at the forefront: the hotel sources oysters responsibly and collaborates with Green Island Cement’s ShellCem Project to upcycle shells into cement. The Hari Hong Kong has also achieved EarthCheck Benchmarked Bronze status for its sustainable practices across energy, water, waste, and community impact.

Set in an intimate, artfully designed space with leather booths, crimson velvet banquettes, and a stunning origami-inspired ceiling, Zoku offers a stylish backdrop for this indulgent weekly feast, complemented by alfresco dining at The Terrace and additional culinary offerings at Lucciola and The Lounge.
