The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai, has marked its second anniversary with a One MICHELIN Key in the 2026 MICHELIN Key Hotels selection.
Located on Shanghai’s Bund waterfront, the hotel received the distinction, which MICHELIN describes as recognising “A very special stay”. The selection assesses hotels for their facilities and overall guest experience.
Dining, Suites and Cultural Experiences
Over its first two years, the hotel has developed its dining, accommodation and cultural offerings under the St. Regis brand’s “House of Celebration” concept.
On the 21st floor, Spago Shanghai serves California-inspired cuisine with views of the Bund skyline. The restaurant is the first China outpost of chef Wolfgang Puck’s Spago concept. According to the hotel, it has received multiple international accolades since opening.
The property has also introduced seven “Oriental Paris” luxury suites, with views of the Bund, Lujiazui and Yuyuan Garden.
In May, the hotel collaborated with artist Zhang Tianjun to incorporate Song-dynasty landscape art into its suites. The project brings traditional Chinese artistic elements into the guest accommodation.
Meanwhile, the hotel offers its signature 24-hour St. Regis butler service. Its multilingual team provides service in nearly ten languages, according to the property.
