Laura Mills has been appointed Managing Director of The Wolseley Hospitality Group

The Wolseley Hospitality Group has appointed Laura Mills as Managing Director. She joins the London-based restaurant group from The Ivy Collection, where she held the same role.

Mills brings almost 15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality. At The Ivy Collection, she led one of the UK’s best-known restaurant groups.

Her leadership approach centres on people and team development. She also has a track record of developing talented leaders and retaining experienced team members.

Commenting on her appointment, Mills said: “Walking through the doors of The Wolseley has always felt like an occasion. It’s a place where European grandeur meets genuine British warmth, and where every guest, whether they’re in for breakfast or celebrating a milestone, is made to feel truly special. I’ve admired these restaurants for years, both as a guest and as someone in the industry, so it’s a real privilege to be joining such a talented team.

“My focus is simple: to protect everything that makes our restaurants so special, look after the people who bring them to life every day, and write the next chapter together.”
