Centara Hotels and Resorts has received three awards at the 15th AHA Asia Hotel Awards 2026, recognising properties in the Maldives and Thailand across luxury leisure, family holidays and meetings and events.
The awards went to:
- Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives – Best Luxury Hotel of the Year
- Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya – Best Family Vacation Hotel of the Year
- Centara Grand at CentralWorld – Best MICE Hotel of the Year
The awards gala took place in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together hotel groups, investors, luxury brands, media representatives and hospitality professionals from across Asia.

Three Centara Hotels Recognised Across Different Segments
Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives received the Best Luxury Hotel of the Year award. Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya won Best Family Vacation Hotel of the Year, while Centara Grand at CentralWorld received the Best MICE Hotel of the Year title.
The three awards cover different areas of hospitality, from island resorts and family holidays to business events in Bangkok.

AHA Asia Hotel Awards Expands Across the Region
The AHA Asia Hotel Awards evolved from the CHA China Hotel Awards into an awards platform covering the wider Asian hospitality industry.
Held under the theme “Trusted Choice of Excellence,” the awards recognise hotels, hospitality brands and industry leaders across the region.
