Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2026

Great Place To Work based the ranking on confidential feedback from more than 1.32 million employees across ten countries.

Now in its second year, the regional ranking builds on Fortune‘s 100 Best Companies to Work For, which has drawn on Great Place To Work’s US workplace research since 1998.

For the 2026 Southeast Asia edition, a total of 1,322,537 employees contributed survey responses. Their feedback helped determine which 100 organisations achieved the highest scores.

How the Southeast Asia Ranking Is Determined

The ranking uses Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ survey, which evaluates workplace experiences across five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

Employees from different roles and levels are invited to provide confidential feedback about their organisation’s workplace culture. The survey consists of 60 statements, rated on a five-point scale, alongside two open-ended questions.

In particular, the questions examine whether employees consider their leaders accessible, communicate honestly and follow through on their commitments.

They also assess whether employees feel respected, receive fair treatment in areas such as pay, promotions and recognition, take pride in their work and organisation, and enjoy positive relationships with colleagues.

However, the ranking does not simply reward organisations with high overall satisfaction scores. It also considers whether positive workplace experiences are shared across different roles, levels and employee groups.

Great Place To Work uses its For All™ Methodology to measure this. For the Southeast Asia ranking, additional factors include each company’s regional workforce size and the number of countries in which it holds Great Place To Work Certification™ and has conducted employee surveys.

Great Place To Work also applies requirements governing survey distribution and minimum employee response rates. Great Place To Work uses these measures to ensure that feedback reflects views across the workforce.
