Wang brings extensive international hospitality experience and a strong operational background shaped across several global hotel brands. A graduate of a Swiss hospitality institution, she developed her career through roles in front office and food and beverage operations before moving into broader hotel management responsibilities.

Since joining the Guangxi property in 2023, Wang progressed from Hotel Manager to General Manager, overseeing daily hotel operations and guest experience initiatives. Her leadership approach has emphasised operational discipline, team development, and a strong focus on service delivery across the resort.
