Atlantis Paradise Island, owned by Brookfield Asset Management and operating under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels, has appointed Saurabh Mishra as Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Cove and The Reef.

Mishra brings over two decades of leadership in global luxury hospitality, including senior roles at Galaxy Macau, where he guided Raffles Macau and Galaxy Hotel to Forbes Five-Star status. His experience spans operational management, team development, and high-end service delivery.

At Atlantis, Mishra will focus on refining guest experiences, strengthening operational performance, and elevating culinary offerings in partnership with Philippe Agnese, VP of Culinary Operations.

An award-winning hotelier with an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, Mishra has received multiple accolades, including Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific — Best Hotel General Manager (2023 & 2024).

With this leadership change, the Island aims to reinforce its position as a global leader in ultra-luxury resorts while delivering personalized, world-class experiences for every guest.
